Tuesday July 9, 2024-1 min read

Action stages are the phases or specific statuses that an action goes through during its lifecycle. Action stages update automatically when specific tasks within an action are completed. You can also manually change stages if necessary by selecting the appropriate stage during the course of an action.

What are the specific stages an action can be in?

Draft: The action is still being planned and conceptualized.

Sent: The action has been sent out the relevant recipients.

Viewed: The assigned individuals have accessed and viewed the details of the action.

Active: The action is currently in progress.

Complete: The action has been reviewed by the necessary individuals in your organization and has been marked as completed.

Close: The action has been closed, meaning there is no further action required.
