Inventory FAQs
Available: The batch is currently in use and available for inventory transactions.
Return to Vendor: The batch is set aside to be returned to the vendor.
Damaged: The batch is unusable due to damage and should not be used.
Hold: The batch is temporarily on hold for quality checks or other reasons.
Expired: The batch has passed its expiration date and should no longer be used.
Additionally, you can create custom statuses to fit your organization's needs.
You can create certifications in the Certifications app. When creating or managing an inventory record, you can select from a list of existing certifications.
Yes, the Inventory app provides real-time updates on inventory levels, allowing you to monitor stock status continuously.
In the Transactions tab, you can view a comprehensive list of all inventory transactions. Each transaction entry includes details such as the transaction type, date, the individual who created the record, and the app where the transaction took place. Pulls are requests to remove items from inventory for a specific purpose, such as fulfilling orders. Put Aways refer to placing received items into their designated storage locations within the inventory.
